Roll-down LED display deployed from a recessed ceiling housing in an executive boardroom at dusk

Roll-down LED displays

A video wall that disappears when the lights come up.

Some rooms can't give a wall away permanently. Roll-down LED is a flexible, fine-pitch LED surface about 10 mm thin that rolls onto a motorized cylinder — drop it from a slim ceiling housing for the presentation, retract it when the room goes back to being a room.

Think of it as the successor to the motorized projector screen — same disappearing act, but seamless direct-view LED with no projector, no throw distance, and no washed-out image in a bright room. Sized like a TV, from roughly 90-inch to 200-inch-plus diagonals, or spliced to fully custom dimensions.

  • Motorized ceiling drop — one-touch down, one-touch hidden
  • Magnetic wall mount — a 20 mm frame, no demolition, no conduit runs
  • Fine pixel pitch from P1.25 to P3.9 for close indoor viewing
  • Featherweight build — roughly a third the weight of a conventional wall

Four ways to deploy it

  1. 01

    Ceiling roll-down

A tubular motor and scroll hide inside a slim ceiling housing. The screen lowers for the event and rolls away after — boardrooms, ballrooms, courtrooms, sanctuaries.

  2. 02

    Magnetic picture wall

Unroll the panel onto a 20 mm wall frame and magnets seat it flat — a seamless video wall with no structural work, ideal for lobbies, museums, and meeting rooms.

  3. 03

    Freestanding lift unit

A hydraulic lift raises up to a 6 m-tall screen out of a single rolling flight case — temporary stages, weddings, conferences, and mobile theaters.

  4. 04

    Rolling LED floor

The same flexible surface lays down like a carpet — no splicing gaps, engineered to bear more than 2.5 tons for showroom and stage floors.

10 MM THIN

The flexible LED sheet rolls to a cylinder roughly a foot across.

P1.25 – P3.9

Fine pixel pitch options for HD imagery at close indoor viewing distances.

24V DC

Low-voltage screen power with GOB-protected, anti-collision module faces.

Engineered to be forgotten — until showtime.

Under the skin it's a serious commercial display. Each module carries a GOB-encapsulated face rated IK10 against impact, a stretched-aluminum housing for heat dissipation, and a built-in receiving card — so the surface that rolls and unrolls daily is the same one rated for 100,000 hours.

  • ≥3,840 Hz refresh — camera-clean for broadcast and photography
  • 600–1,000 nit brightness with 140° viewing angles
  • IP63-rated front face, serviceable from front and rear
  • Remote & one-key control of the motorized lift and scroll
  • Sized to the room — units splice to custom widths and drop heights

We engineer the housing, structure, power, and control as one system, install it, and train your team — the same turnkey process behind every Nadiv wall.
